Tickets can be purchased directly at the ticket office (payment by cash, debit card, credit card or Satispay) or, preferably, online.

Bookings are available for schools, summer camps and groups.

Pets are not permitted within the park, with the exception of:

• the Dog Area (free booking required)
• Rotonda del Bosco
• designated campsites and cottages

The Dog Area consists of a fenced-off area dedicated to visitors with dogs, adjacent to the Rotonda del Bosco restaurant. Animals must not be left unattended. To make a free booking, simply contact us using our contact details.

• The Acquapark ticket includes access to: Eden Plateau, Sky Plateau, Bimbolandia, Sun Plateau, Water Slides, Zello Naturist Oasis and Acquapark by Night. Wearing the wristband is mandatory: loss of the wristband results in the loss of the right to remain inside the park. Changing rooms with lockers are available (padlock purchasable at the ticket office or at the anti-age pool). Sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge while supplies last. Exit from pools 30 minutes before closing time. It is not possible to transfer the Acquapark access ticket to the Thermal Baths and vice versa (however, upgrades are available).
• Acquapark by Night: paid evening access on Friday/Saturday (included in the daily or afternoon access); includes the anti-age pool and surrounding area. Does not include access to the Agriturismo Thermal Baths.
• Fixed-date tickets: the purchased ticket is valid only for the day indicated on the admission ticket.
• Open tickets: access allowed on any day within the purchased season.
• Date change: if entry to the park is not used on the day indicated on the fixed-date ticket, it will be possible, within the following 30 days (and in any case before the seasonal closure of the park), to go to the ticket office with the unused ticket and purchase a same-day ticket for €5. Operation valid only for tickets of the same type. In case of requests on days with a higher price season or different reductions (e.g. from reduced ticket to full ticket, from grand opening promotion to regular season), it will be necessary to pay any difference compared to the original ticket. No refunds, even partial, are provided under any circumstances. The original ticket must not have been previously validated. In the event of a fixed-date ticket for a day when the park remains closed, the date change takes place under the same conditions described above, without payment of the €5 fee.
• Reduced access (excluding Sundays and August 3–23, 2026), only upon presentation of a document, for: university students (valid university card from academic year 2021/2028); those aged 65 and over; residents of Monterenzio, Castel San Pietro and Casalfiumanese; affiliated members of the Circuito della Salute Più (full list on the website); holders of a gym or swimming pool fitness membership (monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/annual) at Terme San Petronio, Terme San Luca, Terme Felsinee, Terme dell’Agriturismo or Terme Acquabios. Once the ticket has been issued, it is no longer possible to request the application of the reduction.
• Children: the children’s rate is reserved for children between 100 cm and 150 cm in height. Children under 100 cm enter the Acquapark free of charge (for the indoor Thermal Baths the minimum age is 3 years old). For children wearing diapers, a plastic containment swimsuit is mandatory (no Swimmers). The use of some attractions may be restricted for safety reasons. Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
• Slides: Big River and Rafting minimum height 120 cm; Multipista 135 cm.
• 100% disabled guests: free admission upon presentation of disability certification. Reduced admission for accompanying person.
• Pets: by reservation, allowed only in the Dog Area (free), Rotonda del Bosco, camping area and dedicated farmhouses.
• Season passes: personal, to be presented with an identity document, valid until the Acquapark closing date. Non-refundable (even in the event of park closure due to force majeure) and non-transferable.
• Groups: increasing discounts for groups of 15 paying people or more, booked at least 2 working days before arrival (download the form on the website).
• No problem weather guarantee: in case of at least 1 continuous hour of rainfall between 10 AM and 4 PM (at the unquestionable discretion of the Management), it will be possible, on the same day, to return the day’s Acquapark ticket at the ticket office and receive a free personal Acquapark admission ticket, valid within the following 15 days (excluding red season).
• The ticket price does not change even in the event of attractions being temporarily out of service. Some attractions may be closed for safety reasons. In case of bad weather during the day, ticket refunds are not provided (see “no problem weather guarantee”). Management reserves the right to close the Acquapark at any time for the protection and safety of guests, without any obligation of refund.

SAFE BEHAVIOUR

• In the lake area it is forbidden to: swim in the lakes; use canoes, equipment and boats without a life jacket; stay with umbrellas, deckchairs and sunbeds outside the designated areas and have picnics. Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Please always keep a safe distance from the lake shores.
• The Management, through its staff, may refuse entry or remove from the park those who disturb the peace with their behaviour and harm the proper functioning of the facility, or who are affected by infectious diseases or open skin lesions.
• The equipment and materials that are part of the facility (including grass, plants and flowers) must be used with the utmost care. Any verified damage will be charged to those responsible.
• Numerous recycling bins are located throughout the park. Please do not throw paper or waste on the ground, especially food waste.
• Move around the park using the marked paths and always pay maximum attention to irregularities outside them (holes in the grass, etc.); be careful when using the moving walkways.
• Park guests are required to strictly comply with these rules and with any additional instructions given by the Management or staff. In case of confirmed non-compliance, offenders may be removed.

CHANGING ROOMS

• Guests may use the cabins inside the changing rooms. Clothing and personal belongings must not be left inside the cabins, but may be locked with a personal padlock (or one purchasable at the facility) in the appropriate locker.
• Swimwear, for both men and women, must not offend public decency and must comply with the current regulations for beaches and public baths.
• The Management does not provide a valuables storage service and therefore is not responsible for the theft, loss or deterioration of any object brought into the pool premises, even if stored inside changing room lockers.
• Forgotten items, if found by staff, are stored in a dedicated room and may be returned to the rightful owner upon accurate description.

POOL ACCESS

• Before entering the pools, it is mandatory to disinfect feet in the appropriate footbaths and take a shower.
• Dangerous games or exercises or behaviour disturbing other swimmers are forbidden, as well as diving, free diving and swimming with fins.
• Wearing slippers on the pool deck is mandatory; however, always pay maximum attention, as wet floors may be slippery. Running, pushing, smoking, consuming food and drinks, bringing glass objects and playing with balls are prohibited.

UNFORESEEN EVENTS

• In case of thunder and lightning, leave the pools and avoid going near tall structures (trees, poles) that may attract lightning. Shelter under covered areas and wait until the bad weather ends.
• The Management declines any and all responsibility for damage to persons or property, including third parties, occurring within the Village perimeter, especially if resulting from improper use of equipment or failure to comply with these regulations.
